Dieseltec successfully executed a critical shutdown and major component replacement on a Liebherr 9800 L2 mining excavator. The project scope included:
- Swing Bearing Replacement: Replacement of the swing bearing assembly to ensure smooth and reliable rotation of the upperstructure.
- Boom & Stick Replacement: Replacement of the boom and stick assemblies with genuine or high-quality aftermarket components to restore structural integrity and optimize digging performance.
- Hydraulic Cylinder Replacement: Complete replacement of all hydraulic cylinders with thorough inspection and testing to enhance system efficiency and minimize downtime.
-Undercarriage Overhaul: Comprehensive overhaul of the undercarriage, including track chains, rollers, idlers, and sprockets, to restore optimal ground engagement and extend the service life of the excavator.
